Aaarrgghh.. Yesterday, went with syafiq to antar our CV at empire cinema. Just now, he messaged me that he got the call for an interview at M-vision empire cinema later at 5pm. Been checking my mobile every few seconds hoping that it would light up and vibrate. Hoping that they would call me for the same interview later. I wonder if my application got accepted or not. *sigh*. Trying not to get my hope up to high. Just that waiting for something that probably not going to happen is unbearable. Seriously, i need a job. Can't stand sitting at home and being jobless. Plus, im broke. hehe. Going someplace else means $$ and being bored is really not a fun thing at all. Oh well, i'll prolly go hiking again later.

A Band Once performed at another function again last night, Maktab Duli's prom night held at the Polo club. And guess what? I got to perform teehee. =D. This time it was such a short notice that the band didn't practise at all. Then, since no keyboard kena sediakan, i had to bring my old keyboard 'cos syafiq was using the new keyboard's adapter. As usual, syafiq and izzat with the guitars, adi with bass and padil with drums.

So anyway, we played 3 songs that night. There was a solo performance by this MD guy, Padil's friends band, Airholes and lastly A band once. Considering we have limited time, we only played Ana Song, miss you love and our version of Pupus. Singing Miss you love for us was Midi and the rest of the vocals were by syafiq. Too bad my keyboard in berapa kedengaran except masa intro pupus. But still, it was a good and a very succesful performance.

Saw lot of my friends there. Some of them kenal-kenal saja and some of them i forgot the name. erk! Sorry. And some i didn't know tapi pretend kenal. huh?! So, the guys in their formals and girls in dresses.

Then rave music started. At first only a few people on the dance floor. Later, when the lights were completely out and only the laser lights were on, everyone went crazy. I like the smoke making machine thingy. Seriously, i cant see anything that's infront of me. But hey, atleast they can't see that im making a fool of my self dancing with the others hehe. But then, syafiq tagured me that the music started to get sucky. I utterly agree with him. I sat down with bibi and mimah everytime mau rehat or waiting for the music to change. Eventhough they played a couple of hip hop like puff daddy - i'll be missing you and destiny's child, overall it was dull.

So overall, MD prom was fun. Better than the SOASC one last week. And the food? The food is kinda like makanan untuk orang kawin. But it was yummy nevertheless. I still like the cakes from SOAS prom tho'. Yum yum~ Chocolate~ hehe.

Saturday Night Fever

Last Saturday night was the ex-Upper 6 Prom night which was held at the Songket Ballroom, The mall. Another A band once performance infront of a fairly good crowd. There are 3 other bands performing as well. Trisera, Epic frequency and senjakala. Glad to meet some of the guys there having a great time. Got overly exited when i caught akhim trying to sneak behind me. Been a long time since we actually ketawa2. And then saw hazim with his date. Macam lama dah inda bejumpa ani bah kami ah. btw, cool hairdo zim. Totally rugged!! hehe. So, lots of people turned out. The dudes in their formal attire and dudettes in their dress. Eventhough i didn't got to perform, i had fun nevertheless. Dancing, jumping, headbanging, singing along and just making a fool of myself along with everybody else.. Oh and the food was great!! Choch cakes, pudding, more cakes, spaghettie, chicken ala something.. too bad my tummy was full when i was finishing my second round. Kalau buleh tah dapat di tapau =p.

Then there was the after gig party. All of us had fun, as syafiq said, doing whatever we're supposed to do with rave and house music. Well not all of us. I was upset with something so i decided to just sit through the whole dancing fiesta. Manage to get my hands on the glowing stick thingy that zuul bought. Instead of using it for dancing, i played ' guess what letter im writing ' with err.. Ilah i think her name. sorry. Later, went backstage to help them packing up some of their stuff. After they put their stuff in my car, we went to Dome to chill for a while. There were adi, izzat, padil, syafiq, hafiz, his date, sanusi, his cousin, syazwan, musa and a guy(which i think is prolly sanusi's cousin). Then around 1am sampai rumah and a few minutes later im off to dream land.
